Born as an answer to the call from new market standard & requirement today, EXXACT PRO was focused on efficiency, ergonomics design and simplified operating procedure, while possess the legacy of EXXACT PLUS series - outstanding working performance and long last reliability.
EXTENDED FOR EXTENSIVE APPLICATION
Thanks to the new machine frame design, the spindle working range has further extended on EXXACT PRO and guaranteed maximal working table usage, with new square shape pop-up pins on outer edge making workpiece alignment more handy and precise.
With the built-in 3 suction zones on working table, allows various program & operations to be scheduled for production in a row, all you need to do is setup the programs orders in Worklist software, load up the workpiece and push the button to start.
Just like any other model in Anderson 4 axis CNC router range, the EXXACT PRO is also capable with customized table material and layout as you wished. On this EXXACT PRO presenting 30mm aluminum working table, ideal for processing on solid material such as engineering plastic, composite and non-ferrous material.
Extended X & Y axis stroke (4,550 mm x 2,020 mm) maximized the usage on whole working table.
New square shape pop-up pins and switch set makes workpiece loading & alignment job more quick and easy.
OPTIMIZED FRAME DESIGN
he iconic square guides on EXXACT PLUS have replaced by 45 mm linear guides on EXXACT PRO. While retaining the stability and sturdiness of their processor, these new linear guides still commit traveling repeatability and smoothness during operation. Additionally, the highly modularized linear guides are easier to maintain and calibrate, saving time in case of guide maintenance & repair.
The optimized independent Z-axis back-plate with re-designed spindle layout and balance ratio can reducing displacement and vibration occurs during spindle operation, provides smoothly processing quality.
The powerful 15 HP air-cooled spindle is able to perform work under speed up to 21,000 rpm, along with the 10x7 multi-function drill block and new servo-driven tool carousel with faster rotation speed, EXXACT PRO can significantly increase the output rate in fast, stable and qualified manner.
45 mm linear guides provides smooth and stable processing quality
With 15 HP spindle, 10x7 multifunctional drill block and 10-position PMM tool carousel, EXXACT PRO can perform various operation.
WHEN PRO COMES IN PAIR
You may wonder if EXXACT PRO has a twin table cousin just like its processor did, of course we do! And here it comes: EXXACT PRO DUO. EXXACT PRO DUO shares all new features with single table counterpart and you can enjoy twice efficiency & flexibility through its twin table setting.
However EXXACT PRO DUO has one unique spotlight on his own: the twin spindle heads layout with servo-driven VHS (Variable Head Spacing) feature as standard configuration. Now you just need to input the spindle distance needed for operation via AGMVP interface, and watch servo motors automatically adjust the spindle heads spacing, saving lot more time and effort during the setup works.
With the combination of VHS function, Twin tables & spindles configuration, EXXACT PRO DUO can perform various operations such as pendulum process, mirroring or simultaneous operation. With twin tables sync-lock function (table size up to 3,700 mm x 1,600 mm) to hold large workpiece, you can reach the best production efficiency.

Servo motors will automatically adjust the spacing between 2 spindle heads, with crash sensor to avoid collision when closing distance.
Both EXXACT PRO & EXXACT PRO DUO has also come with a full set of safety fence with high visibility, ensuring safety & easy accessibility for operators in day to day operation, maintain and repair works.。
