About the CoJet-Series
 
The Anderson CoJet Large Format printer takes full advantage of CNC flatbed technology and UV-curable inks to print large format graphics on coated or uncoated rigid materials. The Anderson CoJet is capable of printing high resolution graphics (up to 1440dpi) in color, white and translucent patterns. Vivid photographic images are easily printed on MDF, Wood, Plastic, Composites and Tile materials. Final clear coat can also be applied to achieve flat or high gloss protective coating. On-board RIP software supports all major graphic formats.
 

• Double synchronous servos with wide span achieve the industrial grade’s printing in high accuracy and position control. When the carriage moving X-Y axes, materials are stationary and they can repeat print without deviation.
• Use vacuum pump of BECK to flexibly apply to each zoom of the table and ensure material smoothly fixed on the table.
• Color and white print head two row arrangement provide simultaneous printing of color-white and white-color, but the speed is the same as colorful printing (without halving)
• Maximum weight is 500Kg; maximum height is 100mm (4"). .
• Unique missing nozzles compensation function can effectively extend print head’s life.
• Special "skip band" function reduce the unusual machine down time lose
• Automatically Maintenance System and Clean Function keep print heads in the best situation
• Automatically Ink Refill System and Warning system of Ink Stocks keep the machine running and printing continuously.

Circulation System of White Ink prevents white ink from clogging nozzles or tubes.
